The Greater London Authority has appointed CTI Digital to build a new site to replace the current London.gov.uk site and to help redefine how the organisation interacts digitally with its constituents.
The site, which will serve both the Mayor of London and the London Assembly, will be developed using Drupal 7, with the aim of making it easier than ever for Londoners to get involved with – and improve – their city.
The Manchester based digital agency was selected following a competitive pitch process, having demonstrated its capability with recent major development projects for clients such as London Gatwick and Mercuri International.
Nick Rhind, CEO of CTI Digital said: “Adding another government client to our list and working on a project of such strategic importance to London reflects our reputation as a trusted, long-term digital partner.”
CTI Digital’s clients include British Council, Manchester Central and Travelodge.
