Friska – Lottie
As a student at The University of Westminster, I worked as head of daytime programming at the student radio station. After graduating, I got a job at Rubber Republic, talking and making connections with brands to develop their Digital, Social Media and Viral Activity. Part of my job was helping to make connections with companies – I got to work with people like, ITV, Warner Brothers, Sony Entertainment, Sky TV, and Brother’s Cider. Now, working as Marketing Manager at Friska, I get to combine marketing and food – who wouldn’t love that job?!
Tell us something unusual about yourself.
I once had to fetch a chicken kebab for Gloria Gaynor.
If you could live anywhere in the world, apart from Bristol, where would you choose?
South of France – spent many holidays and my gap year around here, and it’s just amazing.
If you were a biscuit, what biscuit would you be? And why?
Chocolate Digestive with Caramel. Because it’s the best biscuit ever.
If you had to eat the same meal every night for a month, what meal would you choose?
My dad’s bacon tomato pasta. I just love it, and only he can make it. (I’ve tried.)
If you could eat dinner with anybody – dead or alive – who would you choose?
My very wonderful friend Jess – I don’t get to see her anyway near as often as I would like, and she’s moving to Rio in January, so I’d take any chance that I’d get.
What music are the Friska team loving right now?
We are a little bit in love with the 1975, and personally George Ezra.
Describe your ultimate breakfast.
Our Baked Chorizo Hash is a breakfast game changer.
